The apartment is located slightly elevated on the sunny hill/side of Schladming, only a short walk away from the city center or the WM-Park Planai. You have an amazing, unobstructed view on the Planai Slope (NightRace). The ski bus stops about 100m away. Hiking and cycling trails start directly next to the apartment. Quiet, but still just a stone’s throw away of the party scene, a beautiful place for a perfect holiday.

The World Cup Region Schladming-Dachstein with its 4-mountain skiing area, the Dachstein Glacier and smaller skiing areas such as Fageralm, Stoderzinken, Galsterberg, Ramsau or Schneebärenland guarantee endless skiing enjoyment in the Ski Amadé area. 230 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 85 cable and chair lifts and 97 rustic (après) ski huts offer a wide range of options for winter holidays.

-The only slight downside we the bed pillows we’re not the best for sleeping with
